Alicia Grover
Sports Medicine

Alicia Grover is in her first season as a Middle Tennessee athletic trainer, working specifically with the women's basketball program.

Grover came to Murfreesboro after a two-year stint as a graduate assistant in the LSU Sports Medicine office. She worked with the nationally-ranked track and field and cross country programs her first year then shifted her focus to women's tennis and cheerleading her second year with the Tigers.

A native of Redmond, Ore., Grover completed her undergraduate work at Oregon State in Corvallis, Ore. She worked with the Beaver football, women's soccer and men's basketball teams, while also assisting with the football squad at Western Oregon. She also served as an athletic trainer at Crescent Valley and South Albany High Schools.

Grover graduated in 2008 from Oregon State with a bachelor of science degree in exercise and sport science with a concentration in athletic training. She then received a master of science degree from LSU in 2010 in kinesiology with a concentration in sport management.

She owns MS, ATC and LAT certifications.
