Alicia Lemau'u begins her first year as director of operations for the Blue Raider volleyball program.

Lemau'u, a former Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Year, season en route to breaking the digs career record and single-season 2004-07. She set the record for digs per game in 2005.

A native of Long Beach, Calif., Lemau'u played for current head coach, Peck, helping the program accomplish its record breaking season and advance to the Regional of the NCAA Tournament.

Lemau'u graduated in 2008 with a bachelor's in business administration from Middle Tennessee.
