Amy Hendrichovsky
Assistant Coach

Amy Hendrichovsky begins her fourth season as an assistant with the Blue Raider volleyball team.

Hendrichovsky joined the Blue Raider coaching staff after spending four seasons as an assistant at Metro State, an NCAA Division II school in Denver, Colorado. She helped lead Metro State to four NCAA Tournament bids (2002-2005) and two Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference regular season and tournament championships in 2002 and 2003. Hendrichovsky also served as the recruiting coordinator and oversaw the strength and conditioning program.

Prior to Metro State, Hendrichovsky served as a student assistant at North Alabama, where she helped lead the Lions to a Gulf South Conference championship. As a student-athlete, Hendrichovsky was a four-year starter for North Alabama and helped the Lions to four consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances, three regional championships, three trips to the NCAA Elite Eight, one appearance in the Division II Final Four, and four straight Gulf South Conference titles. She received a bachelor's degree in secondary education with a specialization in mathematics from North Alabama in 2001.

Hendrichovsky and her husband, Shea, have one son, Andrew.
