Brandon Allan begins his first season as an assistant coach for Middle Tennessee. The former Blue Raider graduated in 2006 as one of the most successful men's doubles players in MT history.

The Knoxville, Tenn., native ranks sixth all-time in doubles wins (79) and ninth all-time in combined career wins (140). He was ranked as high as No. 27 in doubles with former Blue Raider Kai Schledorn in 2005 and participated in three straight NCAA postseason doubles championships (2004-06). He garnered two postseason conference awards, twice being named All-Conference in doubles (2004-05).

His achievements on the court paralleled his success in the classroom. He was named to the Sun Belt Academic Honor Roll in consecutive seasons (2003-04).
