Connally Edozien begins his first season as an assistant at Middle Tennessee and will look to utilize his vast experience and knowledge as an asset to the Blue Raider program. In his youth, Edozien attended Arsenal FC Academy as an apprentice.

Edozien attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla., where he was an All-American and earned Florida Sun Conference Player of the Year in 1999 and 2000.

He also was the Regional XIV Player of the Year in 1999 and 2000, as well as a four-time All-Region and All-Conference performer. Edozien is the all-time leader in points at Embry Riddle.

Edozien also has international experience as a member of the Nigeria U-15 and U-17 National Teams. Additionally, he has utilized his skills as a member of several professional clubs, including Miami Fusion in Miami, Fla.; FV Dresden Nord in Dresden, Germany; and the Sporting Club Bastia (French First Division) in Bastia, France.

Edozien also has served as the head trainer of the Star Soccer Academy in Cincinnati, and has a NSCAA Advanced National Coaching diploma.
