Dara McLean begins her first year as the first director of operations for the Blue Raider volleyball program.

McLean, a former Sun Belt First Team All-Conference selection, earned two Sun Belt Player of the Week honors her senior season en route to breaking into the kills and kills per game single season records lists from 2001-04.

A native of Belmont, Manitoba, McLean played for one season under current head coach, Peck, helping the program accomplish its second most winning season at that time.

After graduating in 2005 with a bachelor's in criminal justice administration and being named to the Dean's List and Honor Roll every semester, McLean completed her master's degree in Sport Management at Middle Tennessee.
