Debbie Bartlett begins her third year in her second stint as a secretary in the Middle Tennessee athletic department. Bartlett handles duties for women's basketball and softball.

Bartlett previously was the football secretary under former head coach Boots Donnelly for five years. After leaving Middle Tennessee, she spent 16 years in the publishing business with her husband, Ken. The last two years, Bartlett also worked as a real estate agent for Bob Parks Realty in Murfreesboro.

Bartlett and her husband, Ken, live in Murfreesboro and have two sons, Russ and Erik; one daughter, Ke cia; and four grandchildren. Son Erik is a member of the Middle Tennessee football video staff.
