Debbie Bartlett begins her fifth year in her second stint as an administrative assistant in the Middle Tennessee athletic department. Bartlett handles duties for women's basketball and softball in addition to the athletic communications department.

Bartlett previously was the football secretary under former head coach Boots Donnelly for five years. After leaving Middle Tennessee, she spent 16 years in the publishing business with her husband Ken. She also spent two years working as a real estate agent for Bob Parks Realty in Murfreesboro.

Bartlett and her husband live in Murfreesboro and have two sons, Russ and Erik; one daughter, Kecia; and four grandchildren.
