Jeff Motluck is in his eighth season as an associate head coach for the Middle Tennessee volleyball program. Motluck joined the staff in 2004 along with Matt Peck after nine seasons at North Alabama.
As an assistant at Middle Tennessee, Motluck is involved of all facets of the program, including recruiting, game preparation and planning, scouting opponents, on-court training, academic monitoring and travel arrangements.
While at Middle Tennessee, Motluck has helped guide the Blue Raiders to five consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances, four Sun Belt Tournament titles and two SBC regular season championships.
Motluck has been a staple on Peck's staff for a number of years, helping build a perennial contender at Middle Tennessee and a national powerhouse at the University of North Alabama, culminating with the NCAA Division II National Championship in 2003.
At North Alabama, Motluck helped direct the Lions to a 312-61 record, leaving the school with eight consecutive NCAA Tournament berths, seven consecutive Gulf South Conference championships and four straight Elite Eight appearances.
Prior to UNA, Motluck served one season on the women's volleyball staff at Wayne State University.
Motluck is a 1986 graduate of Southern Illinois University and a native of Chicago, Ill.
