Lady Raiders Slip to 8th; Munsch Moves to 13th

Stockbridge, Ga. - The Middle Tennessee women's golf team shot a second round 314 and slipped back to eighth place at the John Kirk/Lady Panther Intercollegiate. The Lady Raiders own a two-round total of 622 and are only nine shots back of fifth place Georgia State.

The University of Miami owns the lead heading into the final round by one stroke over Western Carolina. Miami has a 595, while WCU stands at 596. Southern Miss is in third with a 602.

Tamara Munsch fired the Lady Raiders' low round of the day with a 74 to move up to a tie for 13th place overall. Munsch owns an aggregate score of 150. Kristin Lynch, who had her second straight 77, is in a tie for 21st with a 154.

Kandace Burnett registered a disappointing 81 to fall back into a tie for 35th with a 159. Freshman Grace Holmes shot an 82 on Tuesday to place in a tie for 40th, while Amanda Harter completed the Lady Raider scoring with an 85. Harter is in 45th overall with a 162.

The Lady Raiders will play the final round on Wednesday, which will conclude their fall season.
