MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - The fourth-ranked Baylor Bears won the doubles point and all six singles matches en route to defeating No. 59 Middle Tennessee, 7-0, Sunday afternoon at the Baylor Tennis Center in Waco, Texas.

The Bears won the first two doubles matches to finish to take the point, as Ivor Lovrak and Matias Marin defeated 58^th-ranked Daniel Klemetz and Kirk Jackson, 8-1, at No. 1, and Benjamin Becker and Mike Garcia took care of Greg Pollack and Anant Sitaram at No. 2, 8-3. The Blue Raiders won at No. 3, with Trevor Short and Michael Staniak defeating Benedikt Dorsch and Jason Gould, 9-7.

In singles four ranked Bears helped the home team win all six matches. No. 67 Becker took care of Jackson at No. 2, 6-3, 6-2, before 30^th-ranked Marin won, 6-0, 6-3, over Sitaram at No. 3. No. 105 Lovrak defeated Rishan Kuruppu at No. 5, 6-4, 6-0, before Barry McLaren won 7-6, 6-2, over Brandon Allan at No. 6.

Fourth-ranked Klemetz next fell at No. 1, to No. 51, Zoltan Papp, 6-2, 6-3, and Reinor Neurohr defeated Staniak at No. 4, 4-6, 6-3, 10-8.

Middle Tennessee next plays in the Blue-Gray National Tennis Classic, March 13-16, in Montgomery, Ala., before returning home March 21 to face Georgia State.
