Siljestrom-Chemin End Tourney Undefeated
Blue Raider duo only undefeated tandem in doubles among 17 teams

Of 17 doubles tandems in the tournament, Siljestrom-Chemin was the only ones to go 4-0 in the round-robin format. On Sunday the Middle Tennessee duo defeated Louisville's Jo Ann Van aard and Maria Klokotsky, 8-4.
In other doubles action, Arizona State's Rebecca Rankin and Nadia Abdula won 8-5 over Blue Raiders Hala Sufi and Claudia Szabo, and Louisville's Natalia Baez and Bianca Gorbea defeated Elvira Yusupova and Stephanie Parkison, 8-3.
In singles the Blue Raiders were winless, taking seven defeats in straight sets.
Baez defeated Pooja Kommireddi, 6-3, 7-5, while Gorbea won 6-1, 6-2, over Chemin. Nadia Abdula was a 6-3, 6-2, winner against Siljestrom, and Vanderbilt's 89th-ranked Amanda Taylor defeated Sufi, 6-3, 6-3.
Florida International's Maria Pazo won 6-0, 6-0, over Szabo, while Florida International's Priscilla Castillo was a 6-1, 6-0, winner against Parkison. Murray State's Rachael Lask defeated Yusupova, 6-1, 6-4.
