Soccer Set to Host Free ClinicsAugust 30, 2003 · MT Media Relations
The clinics will feature one aspect of soccer using the Sunday home game as a point of reference. Clinics will focus on a particular position or strategy. The clinics are designed for boys and girls ages 5 through 13 who wish to enhance their soccer skills. Our experienced staff and players will serve as instructors for all clinics. All players must bring a soccer ball, water and proper soccer attire and be ready for a fun-filled 90 minutes of action.
Clinic I on September will focus on passing and receiving. Clinic II on September 20 will work on dribbling and heading, while Clinic III on October 18 will focus on shooting and goalkeeping.
All three clinics run from 3-4:30 p.m. To sign up, click on the Free Clinic icon at goblueraiders.com on the soccer page and print the flyer. A waiver at the bottom of the page must be signed and mailed back to the soccer office three days before the clinic.
