Novak and Peers reach doubles semi-finals.
ATHENS, Ga. - The Blue Raiders continued to play well on Sunday at the Southern Intercollegiate Championships hosted by the University of Georgia.
Redshirt freshman Chris Novak and freshman John Peers defeated Parr and Salmon of Wake Forest 8-6. The pair then won their match over Samford's Delass and Silveira 9-8 (4). Novak and Peers will face Narasimhan-Ramsay of Memphis in the semi-finals on Monday.
Sophomore Marc Rocafort and junior Morgan Richard fell to Aubone and Bowles of Florida State 8-5 in the round of 16.
In singles, Rocafort defeated Cox from Kentucky 6-4, 6-2 in the consolation bracket.
In the Division II quarterfinals, Peers fell to Daniel Knause of Furman 6-3, 7-6, 9-7. In the consolation bracket, Cowden defeated Charleston Southern's Teraz 6-1, 3-6, 10-6.
In the Division III consolation round, Sutanito of the Citadel defeated Davidson, 6-3, 3-6, 11-9.
