Middle Tennessee rounds out the ITA Southeast Region Tournament.
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Senior Claudia Szabo rounded out play for the Blue Raiders on Saturday at the ITA Southeast Region Tournament hosted by the University of North Carolina.
Szabo fell to Alex Hirsch, who is seeded fifth in the tournament 6-2, 6-2. With the win Hirsch advanced to the round of 16 in the main singles draw.
Middle Tennessee will be back in action on Friday, Nov. 9 through Sunday, Nov. 11 when it travels to West Lafayette, Ind., to compete in the Purdue Fall Invitational. The Purdue Fall Invitational will be the final fall tournament for the Blue Raiders who begin the 2008 season at Tennessee on Jan. 18 in Knoxville, Tenn.
