November 21, 2007 · MT Media Relations
MURFRSSEBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee will play host UAB on Friday as it waits to hear where it will play the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

The Blue Raiders will play the match just two days before the NCAA selection committee will announce where the team will play in the post-season.

Middle Tennessee is on an 11-match win streak heading into Friday's match, its second such streak of the season. UAB lost its last match to Tulsa in the Conference USA tournament title match.

The Blue Raiders are currently 32-2 and will look to improve its record before the selection committee meets.

Middle Tennessee's match with the Blazers is set for Friday, Nov. 23 at 7 p.m. in Alumni Memorial Gym.

Admission to all home volleyball matches is free. Live broadcast of the match will be available on www.goblueraiders.com.
