Blue Raiders Begin SBC Championships

Tourney begins after six hour delay

Middle Tennessee will have to wait to begin the 2008 Sun Belt Conference Championships as inclement weather has delayed play. ()

Monroe, La. - After a six-hour rain delay the women's tennis team began the 2008 Sun Belt Championships.

Middle Tennessee has started its match with Arkansas-Little Rock at 3 p.m. in a match that was originally scheduled for 8 a.m.

All 8 a.m. have begin and the remainder of the first round matches will begin as soon as courts become available.

More information will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
