MIAMI, Fla. - The Middle Tennessee women's golf team finished in fifth place at the FIU/Pat Bradley Invitational on Sunday. The Lady Raiders shot a 54-hole combined score of 940, including their tournament low round of 307 on the final day.
Princeton won the event with a 907, while Miami came in second with a 914. UCF was third at 928 and Bethune-Cookman finished fourth with a 936.
Senior Kristin Lynch (Tullahoma, Tenn.) enjoyed her best tournament of the fall by finishing eighth overall with a 229. Sophomore Maggie McGill shot an even par 72 on Sunday to tie for 10th with a 232.
Freshman Taryn Durham, the team's top finisher the past two tournaments, registered a 238 to tie for 30th. Freshmen Taylor Cooper and Jamey Dillard rounded out the scoring for Middle Tennessee by tying for 47th and 49th, respectively. Cooper had a three-round score of 246, while Dillard shot a 247.
