BOCA RATON, Fla. - Middle Tennessee volleyball (10-8) extended it's winning streak to seven with a 3-1 (26-30, 30-24, 30-17, 30-25) victory over Florida Atlantic University (13-3) Monday in FAU Gym.

The Blue Raiders snapped the Owl's seven-match winning streak and made a clean sweep of the state of Florida, defeating FIU on Sunday. Middle Tennessee is now 3-0 on its road swing, but will be tested next weekend when the team travels to New Mexico State and Denver.

Against FAU, it was senior outside hitter Dara McLean leading the Blue Raiders with 21 kills and a scorching .419 attack percentage. It is the sixth time this season McLean has recorded 20 or more kills.

Fellow senior and outside hitter KeKe Deckard notched her first double-double of the season with 16 kills and 16 digs. Sophomore Andressa Lyra was second on the team in kills in the match with 19.
