ATLANTA - Senior Morgan Richard and sophomore Kyle Wishing began play at the Georgia Tech Fall Invitational on Friday.

Richard faced Edualdo Bonet of Armstrong Atlantic and after fighting hard fell 7-5, 7-5 in the round of 32.

In the first singles bracket, Wishing played Southern Mississippi's Markus Wessinghage losing the first set 6-3. Wishing battled in the second set forcing a tie breaker but could not pull it out falling 7-6 (7).

The pair teamed up for doubles action playing Alex Hill and Jamie Hunt of Georgia. The two continued to play well and forced extra sets before Hill and Hunt took the match 9-7.

Play at the Georgia Tech Fall Invitational will continue throughout the weekend.
