Blue Raiders prepare for Blue and White Series

Baseball will host annual Grand Slam Fish Fry on Monday, Oct. 20

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee's baseball program will play its annual Blue and White Series beginning on Saturday, Oct. 18 as announced by head coach Steve Peterson.

The first game of the three-game series will be held on Saturday at 11:45 at the newly renovated Reese Smith Field.

Game two will be on Sunday, Oct. 19 at 11:45 with the team having Monday off before the final game of the series on Tuesday, Oct. 21 at 2:45 p.m.

The Blue Raiders will not play on Monday, Oct. 20 because they will be working the annual Grand Slam Fish Fry, which is a fundraiser for the baseball program, at the Tennessee Livestock Center on the campus of Middle Tennessee.

Tickets for the Fish Fry are $20 and may be purchased at the Middle Tennessee Ticket Office located at Gate 1A of Floyd Stadium and through the Middle Tennessee BRAA office.

The Blue and White Series will conclude fall inter-squad for Middle Tennessee who will close fall practice at the end of next week.
