Blue Raider Season Ends In South Regional

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Middle Tennessee's cross country season ended in the NCAA South Region Saturday as the Blue Raiders had four participants competing at the Harry Pritchard Golf Course in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
Jonathan Guillou led Middle Tennessee with a time of 32:30 in the 10K event with a time of 32:30 to finish 69th overall. Steve Safstrom (32:50) was Middle Tennessee's second finisher across the line, coming in at 82nd, and Derek Dell (32:57) was 87th.
Blue Raider senior Geoffrey Lagat, who finished fourth at the Sun Belt championships, suffered cramps and was unable to finish the race.
