MOBILE, Ala. - Middle Tennessee finished fifth in the 16-team USAL Lady Jaguar Invitational after shooting a 21-over 309 in Tuesday's final round.
Sophomore Morgan Hale turned in a strong tournament, playing as an individual. Hale finished at 14-over 230 and was eighth overall.
Leigh Wilkins and Hannah Weathersby turned in stellar outings and finished tied for ninth at 15-over 231 continuing a strong start to the spring for both Blue Raider players. Clara Leathers tied for 19th with a 18-over 234 for the tournament. Wilkins, Weathersby and Leathers all shot 4-over 76 in the final round.
Karisa Akin tied for 31st with a 240, followed by Mallory Bishop at No. 35 with a 242.
