MT set to host South Alabama

Will look to snap losing streak

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - The women's tennis team will return home for the first time in four matches to play host to No. 74 South Alabama.

The Blue Raiders are 6-6 on the season and will look to snap their five match losing streak. Middle Tennessee started the season 6-1 but have struggled in the last couple of weeks.

Junior Natalie Araya continues to perform well winning seven of her last eight matches and has posted a 9-3 record this season. Freshman Taylor Coffey has also been a constant force on the team as she is 8-3 on the season.

Middle Tennessee will play host to the Jaguars at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 14 at Buck Bouldin Tennis Center on the Middle Tennessee State University Campus.

In the event of inclement weather in the Murfreesboro area on Saturday, the Blue Raiders' match will be moved to Nashboro Village in Nashville, Tenn., at 9 a.m. Check goblueraiders.com to find out if weather affects where the Blue Raiders will play.
