Wilkins finishes 13th at UALR Classic

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Middle Tennessee senior Leigh Wilkins fired a 4-over 76 and finished tied for 13th at the UALR Women's Golf Classic at the Diamante Country Club Tuesday.

Wilkins was the only Blue Raider to finish among the Top 20 individuals with a 16-over 232 for the three-round event. Middle Tennessee shot 961 and finished 13th overall.

In addition to Wilkins, Stephanie Gough finished tied for 47th with a 243, followed by Clara Leathers (T56, 244), Morgan Hale (T61, 246) and Karisa Akins (T79, 263).

UALR and FIU tied for first with a 927 with UALR winning a playoff to determine the champion. Oral Roberts and Central Arkansas finished tied for third.
