Women's golf in 10th at MAC Preview

FISHERS, Ind. - Middle Tennessee opened play on Monday at the Duramed MAC Preview and are 10th out of 16 teams. The tournament was scheduled for 36 holes on Monday but the second round was shortened due to darkness and will resume Tuesday morning at the par 72 Hawthorns Golf and Country Club.
The Blue Raiders shot a 324 in the opening round and have completed 11 holes in the second round. Ball State is the overall leader followed by Akron and Western Michigan.
Freshman Olivia Love is tied for 17th with six more holes remaining in her second round. Love fired a 79 in the first round and is four over on her second 18.
Morgan Hale is tied for 20th overall with a 12-over total. Hale had the team's top opening round with a 75 and has three holes left in round two.
Freshman Stephanie Smith is playing as an individual and she is tied for 39th.
The Blue Raiders will play the remainder of the second round and the final round on Tuesday.
