MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee senior Kent Bulle was named the Sun Belt Conference Co-Golfer of the Month for February as announced by the league office on Thursday. It marks the second honor for Bulle as he also won the award in February of 2009.
Bulle, from Glasgow, Ky., shared the honors with South Alabama's Jack Hiluta.
Bulle earned Co-Medalist honors at the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate for his fourth career win. Bulle led from start to finish as he opened with a 67 in the first round to equal the second-best round of his career. He led the entire field with 14 birdies as the Blue Raiders grabbed another top five finish by placing fifth in the first tournament of the spring season.
It marks the seventh award for the Blue Raiders all-time as members of the Sun Belt Conference.
