McCollum in elite group as guest speaker at prestigious Touchdown Club

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee Head Football Coach Andy McCollum was a guest speaker this past Monday night for the Macon Touchdown Club. The event took place at the Methodist Home for Children.

McCollum, a native of Marietta, GA, spoke before 300 people at the club's weekly meeting on Monday. The previous speakers this year have been Paul Johnson, head coach at Navy, Pat Dye, former coach at Auburn, Tony Barnhart, writer and broadcaster, and Tommy Bowden, head coach at Clemson.

Next up as a speaker for this prestigious club, which started in 1946, is Florida's Urban Meyer and Georgia's Mark Richt.
