MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee will hold its annual Pro Day on Thursday, March 18, 2010. Players are scheduled to be at Floyd Stadium at approximately 12:30 p.m. to begin the outside testing.
The Blue Raiders are expecting 18-20 NFL scouts for Pro Day. Scouts will be on hand early on Thursday to review film and talk with players one-on-one.
Each player will have their height, weight, hand size, and wing span measured before testing begins. The first tests will be inside with the vertical jump, broad jump, and then the 225-pound rep test. The players will then move outside for the 40-yard dash, pro shuttle, 3-cone drill, and 60-yard shuttle.
Former Blue Raiders expected to work out will be Danny Carmichael, Desmond Gee, Patrick Honeycutt, Ivon Hickmon, Chris McCoy, Chris McClover, Brandon Perry, Cam Robinson, Alex Suber, Mark Thompson, and Marcus Udell.
Members of the Middle Tennessee Athletic Communications office will be on hand to assist, but interviews are at the agent's/player's discretion. Interviews with participants will take place after the completion of the individual's sessions.
Media members are not permitted to enter the weight room area at any time due to the volume of scouts on hand.
