Blue Raiders fall 6-1 to Cardinals
McCann and Langley post doubles win

The Blue Raiders lost the doubles point but senior Alex McCann and sophomore Matthew Langley defeated Robert Hall and Sumit-Prakash Gupta 8-5 in their only doubles win.
Freshman Shaun Waters posted the only win for the Blue Raiders as he defeated Alejandro Calligari 2-6, 7-5 (1-0).
In singles, junior John Peers lost his match 6-4, 6-1 to Austen Childs and Viktor Maksimcuk won his match over sophomore Richard Cowden 1-0 after Cowden retired due to injury.
Langley battled in his match with Simon Childs but fell in three sets 6-0, 4-6, 6-3.
Rounding out play for the Blue Raiders were junior Kyle Wishing who fell 6-2, 6-2 to Andrew Carter while McCann lost his match 6-1, 6-0 to Hall.
The Blue Raiders will be back in action April 23-25 when they travel to New Orleans to compete in the Sun Belt Championships.
