The Blue Raider locker room, which contains 120 solid oak lockers that stand eight feet tall, was carefully designed so that the head coach can have eye contact with 95 percent of the team. Coaches can also communicate with the players by using message boards strategically positioned throughout the facility.

The locker room also includes a players lounge, various televisions, and a sound system.
