MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee will hold its annual Pro Day on Thursday, March 24, 2011. Players are scheduled to be at Floyd Stadium at approximately 11:00 a.m. to begin the outside testing.
The Blue Raiders are expecting 14-18 NFL scouts for Pro Day. Scouts will be on hand early Thursday to review film and talk with players one-on-one.
Each player will have their height, weight, hand size, and wing span measured before testing begins. The first tests will be inside with the vertical jump, broad jump, and then the 225-pound rep test. The players will then move outside for the 40-yard dash, pro shuttle, 3-cone drill, and 60-yard shuttle.
Former Blue Raiders expected to work out will be Garrett Andrews, Kevin Brown, Jarrett Crittenton, Dwight Dasher, Antwan Davis, Mark Fisher, Rod Issac, Jeremy Kellem, Jamari Lattimore, Emmanuel Perez, and Phillip Tanner.
Members of the Middle Tennessee Athletic Communications office will be on hand to assist, but interviews are at the agent's/player's discretion. Interviews with participants will take place after the completion of the individual's sessions.
Pro Day is closed to the public and media members must check in with Chris Matusek in the postgame media interview room before entering Floyd Stadium.
