PHILADELPHIA - Middle Tennessee track and field wrapped up its competition at the 2011 Penn Relays on Friday, competing in five events.
In the women's Championship High Jump, Ann Dudley took eighth with a height of 5-7.25 (1.71m).
Triple jumpers France Makabu and Kortney Thurman placed 13th and 21st, respectively. Makabu leapt 39-1.75 (11.93m), while Thurman recorded a final mark of 37-10 (11.53m).
The women's 4x200-meter relay team of Nyeisha Wright, Thurman, Rosina Amenebede and Kiara Henry came in 19th in a time of 1:38.85.
Amenbede later ran in the 100-meter hurdles, placing 22nd in a time of 14.15.
The men's 4x200-meter relay just missed qualifying for Saturday's finals, taking 13th in a time of 1:25.04. The squad was made up of Kendall Bacchus, Noah Akwu, Steven Palmer and Roscoe Payne.
