MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee fans will have ample opportunity to get revved up for all Blue Raider football games this year with the live radio broadcast of the Countdown to Kickoff Show.

Fanatics Sports Grill at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel will host the show, along with the Raider Wrap-Up Show, following all Middle Tennessee road games once again during the 2011 season, including Saturday's season opener at Purdue.

Prior to Blue Raider home games, the Countdown will broadcast live from The Boulevard, located just off campus at the corner of East Main Street and Middle Tennessee Boulevard.

Duane Hickey and Thom Abraham of Nashville affiliate WNSR will host the Countdown to Kickoff while veteran Blue Raider broadcaster Dick Palmer will join Hickey for the Raider Wrap-Up Show. The duo will take calls from fans at 1-866-RAIDERS and emails at radio@goblueraiders.com.

Fans will be able to join the team and listen to the live broadcast and watch all televised games on multiple large screens at both locations.

This week's Countdown begins at 10 a.m. with kickoff scheduled for 11:01 a.m. CDT. Fanatics will feature their full breakfast menu from 10-11 and other food and beverage specials throughout the game.
