No. 68 Middle Tennessee finishes off Belmont

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - The No. 68 Blue Raiders finished off the Belmont Bruins on Monday afternoon after Thursday's match was postponed. Dimitri Pippos' three-set victory in the five-spot proved to be the clincher.

MT (8-5) led 3-1 heading into play Monday. Belmont (3-9) pulled within a point with a win in the four-hole, but Pippos earned a 6-2 win in the third set after splitting the first two sets, 6-2, 6-7.

Ben Davis also won, 6-2, 6-7, 6-2 in the top slot.
