Miller cards MT-best 70 in round two
September 18, 2012 · @MTAthleticsBROKEN ARROW, Okla. - The Middle Tennessee women's golf team opened its second tournament of the season on Monday at the Dale McNamara Invitational at the Golf Club of Oklahoma.
The Blue Raiders are currently in 14th with a team score of 623 (+47) after 36 holes at the 72-par course. Arizona State leads the field with a total of 572 (-4), Florida sits second (576, E) and East Carolina rounds out the top three (584, +8).
Ashley Haggard leads MT with a two-round total of 150 and Is tied for 28th. Emily Miller registered the second best score after day one with a 153, warming up with a Blue Raider-best 70 in the second round. Allie Knight carded a 156, Emily Williams recorded a 164 and Natalie Chrisopulos rounded out the action for MT with a 171.
Florida's Isabelle Lendi leads the field with a 138, while Oklahoma State's Jayde Panos and Florida's Camilla Hedberg are tied for second at 140.
