MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee women's basketball head coach Rick Insell was a special guest for a half hour on the Wendy's First Quarter on Nashville's 102.5 The Game Friday morning.
Coach Insell took part of the monthly 'First Friday' edition, in which guests join hosts Greg Pogue, Joe Dubin and Brad Hopkins in the 102.5 The Game lounge. Fans will also be in attendance during the show.

The Blue Raiders are quickly approaching the end of the first official week of practice. Middle Tennessee has been picked preseason No. 24 in three national publications (Athlon, Lindy's and Street and Smith's).
MT is coming off a 26-7 season and a perfect 16-0 Sun Belt Conference record. Coach Insell's squad return all five starters and 10 letterwinners from last season.
