MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Former Blue Raider Aylton Tesch, who currently serves as an agent for prospective NBA players, represents four clients selected in Thursday's NBA Draft.

Tesch's clients chosen include first-round pick Lucas Nogueira (16th) and second round picks Alex Abrinec (32nd), Marko Todorovio (45th) and Raul Neto (47th).

A native of Vitoria, Brazil, Tesch led Middle Tennessee to a 19-9 record during the 1997-98 season with team-bests of 13.6 points and 8.7 rebounds per game. He delivered a career-best performance against Eastern Illinois during his senior campaign, scoring 34 points and grabbing 14 rebounds, one of 11 double-doubles on the season. He also topped the Blue Raiders in rebounding (8.6 rpg) in 1995-96 and averaged 13.3 points per game.

An article in the Daily News Journal dated Feb. 28, 1998, described Tesch as "the go-to player, the one who dominates the boards, the one who takes most charges, etc. His basketball skills are obvious, but his intangibles can't be overlooked. He does the little and dirty things."
