Richardson was one of four MT student-athletes to win a Conference USA player of the week award on Monday, joining women's soccer's Tori Hawkins (Offensive Player of the Week) and football's Reggie Whatley (Offensive) and Dearco Nolan (Defensive).

The Blue Raiders open Conference USA play on Friday, Sept. 27, when the Raiders travel to Rice for a 7:00 p.m. tilt.
