BATON ROUGE, La. - The Middle Tennessee men's golf team completed play at the David Toms Intercollegiate Sunday, shooting 917 to place 12th on the 7,663-yard, par-72 course at the University Club.
Southeastern Louisiana won the event with a 4-under par 860, while Iowa State, Kennesaw State, Louisiana and Houston made up the top five.
Andrew Cho and Lucas Armstrong both tied for 40th overall to lead the Blue Raiders. Cho had rounds of 75-73-80 for a 228 total, while Armstrong turned in scores of 75-79-74. Armstrong's final round 74 was tops on the team Sunday.
Brett Patterson tied for 57th with a 232 total. Patterson had rounds of 78-75-79.
The Blue Raiders will be off until they travel to Kauai, Hawaii for the Warrior Wave Intercollegiate, November 4-6. The tournament will be held at the Makai Golf Club.
