MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee Head Baseball Coach Jim McGuire announced the signing of eight student-athletes to National Letters of Intent for the Class of 2014.

Four of those signees hail from Tennessee: Tucker Beathard (Thompson's Station, Tenn./Battle Ground Academy), Ronnie Jebavy (Murfreesboro, Tenn./Columbia State), Blake Stansberry (Knoxville, Tenn./South Doyle HS) and Tyler Troutt (Maryville, Tenn./Chattanooga State).

A trio of this year signees are from the Midwest: Nate Hoffman (Sun Prairie, Wisc./Madison College), Will Kincanon (Chicago, Ill./Riverside Brookfield HS) and Kevin Sullivan (Chicago, Ill./Brother Rice HS). Additionally, signee Ryan McCullers comes from the Tampa, Fla., powerhouse Jesuit High School.

"This is an outstanding signing class," noted McGuire. "It has a very good balance of high school and junior college players. It fills what we need for the 2015 season. This outstanding class would have not been possible without the assistance from Scott Hall, Skylar Meade and Brandon Nolen."
