MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - The Middle Tennessee men's tennis team (4-10) hosts in-state foe Austin Peay for a Thursday matinee at Buck Bouldin Tennis Center, when the Blue Raiders take on the Governors at 2 p.m.

The Blue Raiders look to rebound after being narrowly edged by No. 43 TCU, 4-3, on Saturday afternoon in Fort Worth, Texas. Juniors Ettore Zito and Victor Hoang, along with freshman Sam Matheson, captured singles victories for MT in the defeat, with Zito knocking off the 54th-ranked singles player in the nation.

Austin Peay, the defending OVC champion, is 6-2 on the spring, coming off a win at Jacksonville State on Saturday. Senior Jasmin Ademovic was named OVC Co-Player of the Week for his efforts vs. the Gamecocks.

Following Thursday's match, the Blue Raiders travel to Louisville for a Sunday afternoon match against the Cardinals. Sunday marks the second meeting between MT and Louisville this spring, as the Cardinals downed the Blue Raiders 4-3 on Jan. 25 in Columbus, Ohio.
