On the soccer field, the 5-10 keeper was named to the All-Conference Third Team in 2012. She followed that in 2013 with unanimous First Team All-Conference honors. Waitrovich is a two-time Defensive Player of the Year recipient at Waupaca, while also garnering leadership and MVP accolades. During her sophomore campaign, she ranked third in the state with a GAA of .780, while ranking third as a junior with 181 total saves. Last season, she allowed just 24 goals in 19 games and 1,408 minutes of action. Waitrovich boasted a .833 save percentage and a 1.36 GAA. In her high school career, she has collected 894 saves with a GAA of 1.09.

At the club level, Waitrovich played with the Central FC Select Strikers out of Stevens Point, Wis., in 2013 and 2014 under head coach Jamie Brzezinski. The Waupaca, Wis., native led Central FC to a first-place finish at the College Showcase. She helped her club team win the Sentury Classic, while claiming second at the Ice Age Classic. Waitrovich helped Central FC earn fourth-place honors at the Region 2 President's Cup.

"Josee (Waitrovich) is a very strong and fundamentally sound keeper," Rhoden said. "She has great footwork and very safe hands. She will be a great addition to the keeper position for us and I can hardly wait to see how she develops and competes."

Gill graduated from the Castle School in Thornbury, Bristol in June of 2012, before attending South Gloucestershire and Stroud College (SGS). She lettered in soccer at SGS, leading her team to the 2012-13 National College Cup finals. She was voted Player of the Year by her teammates for the SGS Under-19 team during the 2012-13 season. Since 2012, Gill has been with the Bristol Academy WFC development squad. She was named the managers' Player of the Year for Bristol Academy U16 in 2010-11, helping her team reach the England Schools Women's Football Association tournament that season.
