BEFORE MIDDLE TENNESSEE Spent two seasons at Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn., helping the Bruins to their first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance in 2007 ... Scored 1,000 career points in 52 games, the fastest a Bruin has ever crossed that milestone ... Named Atlantic Sun Conference Player of the Year both years, becoming only the fifth player to earn the award in back-to-back seasons ... Also voted A-Sun Freshman of the Year in 2005-06 ... Voted 2007 Atlantic Sun Tournament MVP ... Named to A-Sun All-Academic Team in 2005-06 and 2006-07 ... Averaged 16.6 points and 12.1 rebounds per game as a sophomore, ranking 68th nationally in scoring and third in the country in rebounding ...
