Really broke out the for the Blue Raiders in the Sun Belt Tournament when she stepped in for the injured Lindsay Sisco at the middle blocker position ... In the Sun Belt tournament, Asberry recorded 28 block assists averaging 2.55 blocks per game ... Prior to that three-match stretch, Asberry had just 13 blocks in 16 matches played.

High School: Named to the All-Area Second Team in spite of missing the last two thirds of the season due to an injury. She was also an accomplished basketball player for the Patriots, being named All-District, All-Region, All-Area First Team, All-State and All-State Tournament in 2005.
