with four each coming from Tennessee, Georgia, and California, three
from Florida, two from Alabama, and one each from Colorado, Louisiana, and South Carolina. Overall, 13 signees come from the high school ranks.

2007: Named second team All-Sun Belt by the league's coaches and media ... Saw action in all 12 games and earned 11 starts ... Ended the year with 39 tackles and led the Blue Raiders with five interceptions and five pass breakups ... Completed his career with 14 interceptions which ranks second all-time in MT history and ties the all-time SBC mark ... Named the team's Most Dependable Cornerback following spring practice ... Registered five tackles and a pass breakup at FAU ... Had five tackles, a pass breakup, and a textbook goal line tackle to prevent a score at Louisville ... Collected five tackles including a tackle for loss at LSU ... Added three tackles and a pass breakup against WKU ... Had his first interception of the season against FIU to go along with three tackles ... Turned in three tackles including one for loss of yards, an interception and a pass breakup against Virginia ... His pick against the Hoos set up the Blue Raiders' go-ahead touchdown late in the fourth quarter ... Added three tackles in road win against Memphis ... Collected an interception in win over ASU ... 2006: Played in 11 games and started in nine ... Had 37 tackles, two interceptions, three pass breakups and a tackle for loss on the season ... Offensively, Robinson had a personal-best three receptions for 31 yards ... Named Preseason First Team All-SBC by Sporting News ... Nailed down the starting job at right corner coming out of spring practice ... Collected two tackles, an interception, and a pass breakup in the Blue-White Spring Game ... Was given the Blue Raider Corner award for his efforts during spring practice ... Played 74 snaps (63 offense, 11 special teams) and registered five tackles and a pass breakup in win over FIU while earning a "winning performance" from the coaching staff ... Had three tackles at Maryland before leaving the game early with a concussion ... Did not play against Tennessee Tech ... Returned to the starting lineup at Oklahoma and had two tackles in 44 plays ... Had five tackles at North Texas and added one stop against Louisville ... Collected four tackles, including a tackle for loss in the win at Louisiana-Monroe to earn a "winning performance" ... Did not play in win over Louisiana-Lafayette due to an injured hamstring ... Came back against FAU to record six tackles and his first interception of the season ... Named the Sun Belt Conference Defensive Player of the Week on Nov. 13 after picking off a pass against Arkansas State and returning it 88 yards for a touchdown (fourth longest return in school history) to go along with two tackles and a pass breakup ... Had one tackle against South Carolina ... Collected two stops and a pass breakup against Troy and added six stops in the Motor City Bowl against Central Michigan.

2005: Started every game at left corner and was selected to the Sun Belt Conference honorable mention team ... Enjoyed the best season of his career with 41 tackles, a personal-best five interceptions, two tackles for loss, and seven pass breakups ... Tied for the conference lead in interceptions and ranked second in passes defended with 12 ... In the season opener at Alabama, Robinson registered a career-best nine tackles to go along with an interception and a pass breakup ... Came back against North Texas with four stops before turning in a five-tackle, two-interception game against Akron ... His two picks against the Zips marked the second time during his career he has picked off two passes in a single game ... Registered six solo tackles in win at Vanderbilt to go along with a tackle for loss and two pass breakups ... Tallied three stops in win at FAU and one versus ULL ... Played sparingly in win over Arkansas State due to cramps but did play one snap on offense and registered his first career reception (eight yards) ... Collected five solo tackles and a pass breakup against Louisiana-Monroe ... Came up with his fourth interception of the season at NC State to go along with one tackle ... Was in on three tackles and had two pass breakups at Troy ... Came up with a key interception at FIU to stop a potential scoring drive late in the game to go along with four tackles.

2004: Started 10 of 11 contests, ranking fifth on the squad with 46 total stops ... Collected two interceptions, two tackles for loss, one pass breakup, and a fumble recovery ... Drew start in opener at Akron, making three tackles and recovering a fumble ... Had six solo stops versus Florida Atlantic and five solo tackles at North Texas ... Had pair of tackles and first career interceptions, making two picks in second half versus Arkansas State ... Made four solo stops at Florida and tallied four tackles versus Idaho ... Registered five tackles, 1.5 for loss, against Utah State ... Totaled season-high eight stops, 0.5 for loss, and a pass breakup at New Mexico State ... Collected three tackles versus Louisiana-Monroe and four stops in finale at Troy.

2003: Sat out the year due to NCAA academic guidelines.

High School: Selected Spartanburg Herald-Journal's Offensive Player of the Year in 2002 after recording 73 receptions for 1,414 yards and 20 touchdowns for James F. Byrnes ... In the 4A Division II Championship game, Robinson had seven catches for 170 yards and three touchdowns (33, 63, 41 yards) to lead James F. Brynes to its fourth state title win in school history ... Also rushed 25 times for 148 yards and returned 16 punts for 251 yards and a touchdown ... On defense, Robinson collected three interceptions, including one for a score ... Was the second straight Spartanburg Herald-Journal Offensive Player of the Year who signed with MT (Josh Harris, 2001) ... His brother, Durell, won the Offensive Player of the Year award in 1998 and went on to play at Georgia.
