2003 (Sophomore): Third baseman who started every game, one of only two Blue Raiders to do so ... Came into his own in his second year as a Blue Raider, ranking in the top two on the club in 12 offensive categories ... Ended the season tied for 21st in the nation in home runs at 0.32 per game and 48th in the country in slugging percentage at .670 ... Scored team-high 54 runs and led the squad in slugging percentage, total bases (148) and home runs (19) ... Also tied for team-high in doubles (18), hits (73), RBIs (52) and hit by pitches (10) ... Ranked second on the club in average (.330), strikeouts (53) and on-base percentage (.403) ... Collected 20 multi-hit games during the season ... Named First Team All-Sun Belt at the hot corner ... Hit safely in 11 of first 12 starts, going 20-for-47 with 12 runs scored, 17 RBIs, five doubles, a triple and three home runs ... Had seven multi-hit and five multi-run games during the streak ... Had career-high four hits, including double and homer, with three runs scored versus Eastern Michigan ...
