2003: Hit 13 of 16 field goals and made 37 of 40 extra points ... Played and started in all 12 games ... Opened the year by hitting a 37 and 25-yarder against FAU in his only attempts ... At Georgia, Kelly hit a 41-yarder to tie the game late in the first quarter ... Hit two field goals and scored 10 points at No. 23 Missouri ... Made two field goals at Idaho and had one blocked ... Scored nine points and hit on two field goals (32, 29) in the win over Troy State ... Scored a career-best 15 points at home against UL-Lafayette.

2001: Was the starting placekicker all 11 games ... An official Lou Groza Award (nation's top kicker) candidate entering the season ... Made 6 of 9 field goals on the season and was 44-for-46 on extra points ... Finished second on the team in scoring with 62 points ... Hit a career long 47 yarder against Arkansas State ... Was 3-for-4 from 40-49 yards ... Connected on a school record 10 extra points on 10 attempts against Idaho ... Hit a 44 yarder in the win over New Mexico State and had a 42 yarder at Louisiana-Monroe.

2000: Played in 10 of 11 games and was the Blue Raiders' No. 1 placekicker ... Made 11 of 13 field goals and 39 of 44 extra points (three of his misses came from 35 yards and beyond due to penalties) ... Was second on the team in scoring with 72 points, which was the most in school history by a freshman kicker ... Tallied a personal best 14 points against Murray State, while adding 11 versus Louisiana-Lafayette and 10 at Connecticut ... Began his collegiate career by connecting on his first five field goal attempts ... Did not miss until the team traveled to Maryland the fourth week of the season ... Went on to hit his next five in a row before missing a 38-yard attempt in the season finale against Louisiana-Lafayette ... Crowning moment came when he hit a 21 yarder with no time remaining in the second overtime against the Ragin' Cajuns to give the Blue Raiders the win and a winning season ... Career long kick came against Murray State at home from 46 yards out.

High School: Lettered for three years in football, four years in soccer and one year in basketball for Sequoyah High School ... Named first team AAAA all-state by the Associated Press and the Atlanta Journal Constitution as a senior ... Was also tabbed first team all-region 6-AAAA and first team sub-region 6-AAAA-A, while garnering all-county honors and the team's Special Team Player of the Year award ... Led the team in scoring as a senior with 47 points, while also finishing third in tackles (one interception, one sack, one fumble recovery) ... For his career, Kelly was third on the all-time scoring list after making 56 of 59 extra points and 23 of 39 field goals ... Was 19 of 26 from 45 yards or less and 3 of 6 from 50 yards or more ... Holds the county record for longest field goal (55 yards), most field goals over 50 yards (3), most career field goals (23), most career points by a kicker (125) and most consecutive extra points (52) ... A standout in soccer, Kelly was voted the county's Offensive Player of the Year three years in a row and was the team MVP in 2000 ...
