2003: Won the 2003 NCAA Individual Statistical Title for most doubles in a season with 27, becoming only the second student-athlete at Middle Tennessee to win an individual statistical title ... Also became the first Lady Raider softball player to be named to the All-Region South First Team ... Named Sun Belt Conference Newcomer of the Year and First Team All-Conference ... Broke the school record for most doubles in a season ... Became only the second Lady Raider softball player to end the season with a batting average over .400 with .409 ... Named Sun Belt Conference Hitter of the Week on March 24 ... Led the team in runs scored (42), hits (70), RBI (32), homeruns (7) and total bases (120) ... Tied the school record for most runs in a season with 42.

At Arkansas: Starting shortstop for Arkansas in the 2002 season ... Broke the record for homeruns in a single season with seven ... Became the first Lady Razorback to hit two homeruns in a game against Coastal Carolina on March 11 ... Third on the team in batting average with a .282 ... Also led the team in doubles with 12 ... Third on the team in RBI with 23 and led the team in runs scored with 26 ... In 2001 she stepped onto the Lady Razorback infield as a freshman and played in 59 games ... Played both second base and shortstop ... One fo the teams leaders scoring 18 runs with 40 hits.

High School: A five-year letterwinner and starter at Ezell-Harding, Mitchell guided the Eagles to three district and region titles and three Tennessee State titles ... Five-time all-district, all-region and all-state selection ... Named District MVP her sophomore season ... A four-time MVP, she was also selected Class A Mid-State Player of the Year as a junior ... Five-time Tennesseean mid-state team member and was named the Tennessee Athletic Coaches Association player of the year in 1998, 1999 and 2000 ... Mitchell who led off 10 games with a home run in her career, had her number retired in January 2001 ... Played club ball for Nashville Steelers as a freshman and the Nashville Eagles as a sophomore and junior winning the regional title in 1999 ... In addition to softball Mitchell was a two-year letterwinner in basketball and was named district and region MVP.
