2001: Played in all 11 games and started five at right end ... Was 11th on the team in tackles with a career-best 29 stops to go along with four tackles for loss and a personal-high three sacks ... Collected a career-best eight tackles at North Texas, while gaining six versus New Mexico State to go along with a sack ... Also had a sack against Connecticut ... Saw a season-best 49 snaps against North Texas and New Mexico State.

2000: Saw action in 10 games ... Did not play at Florida due to a knee injury ... Registered 13 total tackles, including three for loss of yards and three pass breakups ...Equalled his career-high with three tackles against Louisiana-Lafayette ... Had two stops each versus Louisiana-Monroe and Connecticut ... Played a total of 270 snaps, including a season-high 40 against South Florida ... Was in on 37 plays at Connecticut.

1999: Coaches elected to sit him out the first six games of the year in hopes of redshirting for the season, but his progression got him in the lineup for game seven ... Played the final five games of the year, including the last two as a starter at left end ... Registered eight tackles, three pass breakups and a fumble recovery for the year ... Tallied three stops in his first collegiate game at La. Tech.

High School: As a senior he was named all-state, all-region and all-conference while leading Mary Persons to an 11-3 record ... Was tabbed the Defensive Lineman of the Year for the 18-county area in south Georgia ... Led the team in tackles as a senior with 115 total stops (70 solos) ... Also paced the team with 16 sacks and 23 batted passes ... Tallied a personal-best 15 tackles in a win over Bleckley County ... Team finished 11-2 his junior year ... Played tight end on offense as a senior.
